If a Player, Club, or Official receives a Misconduct Conduct charge, they have the option to attend a Discipline Hearing where they can put forward their evidence or mitigation.


If pleading not guilty, and request a personal hearing - the referee of the match in which the incident took place will also attend the hearing to give their evidence, and you can bring witnesses to assist your charge.


If pleading not guilty,  the player, club, or official can plead not guilty in writing and not attend a hearing. 


If pleading guilty, the player, club, or official can attend a hearing and give a verbal plea for leniency but you cannot bring any witnesses.
