Here's how to complete your affiliation:
1. If you're an adult team make sure you purchase your Personal Accident Insurance before you start your affiliation.
2. Next log on to the Whole Game System using your FA Number and password.
3. Then click on the club tab you wish to affiliate.
4. On the left hand side, you will then see a tab called "Affiliation 2018-19"
5. Click the Affiliation tab and follow the on screen prompts to complete your registration.
Please note, clubs affiliating after the deadline of 30th June will incur a late fee of £20.
If you are a new club, please email Support@HampshireFA.Com with the following details:
- Club Name
- Secretary's name, date of birth, postal address, mobile number, email address
- Age group(s)
We will then begin your registration and send you further details on how to complete your affiliation online.
